Clemens in Court

Roger Clemens is going to court this after noon for allegdly lying to congress over the use of steroids. Clemens is accused of lying under oath 15 different times dening the use of steroind or growth hormones. It will be U.S.District Judge Reggie Walton. Clemens has been playing baseball for a while now and he is a 7 time Cy Young award winner, but he is now retired. Clemens has consistinly denied all charges of using steroids. If Roger is convicted he could face up to 30 years in prison and 1.5 million dollars in fines. If you were Roger Clemens would you just surrender now if you knew you were guilty so the charges wouldn't keep going up ?
